Lovely soft rug

This Cascade rug is very soft and has a lovely sheen to it. We already had a smaller version in the lounge but felt we needed the bigger one: 230 x 160 cm. We moved the smaller one to another room.
The online store was also brilliant. We originally ordered and paid online but unfortunately the rug was not available for another 6-8 weeks. We were refunded but asked to be kept informed when it was back in stock. We then reordered and to our pleasant surprise it was delivered the very next day! Wonderful customer service. I cannot fault this store and can highly recommend.Thank you.
